Pre and Postnatal Training
Maintaining your fitness during your pregnancy not only sets you up for a healthy pregnancy, but it has enormous health benefits for baby. What better way to start your bond with your baby! Giving my clients the tools to support a healthy pelvic floor is essential to my work. I will teach you the proper techniques to maintain a strong connection with your core muscles which help improve diastasis recti in your post-partum journey. These exercises will also help reduce leakage or incontinence as well as improving your mood, and relieving the common discomforts of pregnancy like back pain. My goal is not only to improve your pelvic floor dysfunction and diastasis recti, but to also help you feel confident and comfortable in your own skin again!
